Medical Staff

Dr. Jason T. Hayes, MD, is the Managing Member of PCMD Primary Care and an internal medicine physician in Atlanta. He earned his MD and MS in Public Health from Meharry Medical College (2004) and completed his Internal Medicine residency at Baylor College of Medicine (2007). He is board-certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine and holds an MBA as a Physician Executive from the University of Tennessee Haslam College of Business (2016). His professional background includes roles with the CDC as an epidemiology intern, a Congressional internship, and service as a National Health Service Corps physician.

Rosemary Degoh is a Nurse Practitioner at PCMD Primary Care with over five years of experience. She specializes in preventive care, primary care, chronic disease management, and telehealth urgent care, and works alongside Dr. Hayes to provide comprehensive, compassionate care plans for patients.
