When you join our weight loss program, you medically supervised. This gives you the advantage over other weight loss clinics. Ms. Degoh has over 5 years experience and specializes in preventive care, primary care, chronic disease management and telehealth urgent care. She works closely with Dr. Hayes to ensure patients have a solid comprehensive plan.
The level of personal attention was refreshing and I definitely got the feeling that I was not part of an assembly line. Everything was clean and well organized. He was serious about personal safety and protection during covid.

Concierge Medicine is a membership service in which clients pay for additional care services provided by an exclusive personal care physician.
We accept Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Aetna, Humana, United HealthCare, Tricare, Medicare and fee for service(credit card, HSA/FSA card and cash). Sorry, we do not accept personal checks. Deductibles, co-insurance and copays are expected to be paid at the time of service.
No. Dr. Hayes is an internist which is an adult care doctor. If you desire concierge services for your children, Dr. Hayes can refer you to a concierge pediatrician.
